This practice aims to reduce possible risks and ensure that asset transfers are carried out in a more controlled manner.
A minimum 48-hour security waiting period is applied to all external crypto asset transfers. During this time, the transaction remains under control and no transfer is carried out before the specified period ends.
Yes. For users requesting a withdrawal or external transfer for the first time, the security period is applied as 72 hours. This additional period is determined to provide extra security for new user transactions and protect account security. Your transaction will be processed automatically after the relevant security periods are completed.
