1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to ensure that customers are fully and clearly informed about the terms, risks, exceptional circumstances, and information security measures related to the services provided electronically by Safebit Crypto Asset Trading Platform Inc. (“Safebit”), pursuant to Article 20 of the Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) Communiqué No. VII-128.10 on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Information Systems Management.
2. LEGAL BASIS
This disclosure form has been prepared pursuant to the following legislation:

3. SCOPE
This disclosure form covers the following services provided electronically via the Safebit platform:
· Customer account opening and identity verification (KYC) processes
· Crypto asset trading transactions
· Order submission and execution
· Turkish lira and crypto asset transfers
· Crypto asset custody services
· Electronic communication channels (website, mobile application, email, SMS)
· Customer account statements and reporting services
· Customer support and complaint management systems
4. TERMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED
The services provided electronically on the Safebit platform are subject to the following terms:
4.1. Service Provision
· All services are provided electronically via the internet and mobile application.
· Although the platform aims to provide services on a 24/7 basis, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
· Services are provided within the framework of technical limitations, maintenance activities, and regulatory requirements.
· Delays in transaction execution may occur due to market conditions, sudden price movements, and high transaction volumes.
· Customers will be informed within a reasonable period prior to planned maintenance activities.
4.2. Usage Requirements
· To benefit from the services, an up-to-date internet browser or the Safebit mobile application is required.
· The customer must have a stable internet connection to perform transactions.
· Completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures in compliance with CMB regulations is mandatory for account opening.
· The customer must be at least 18 years old and reside in Türkiye.
· Keeping customer information up to date is the responsibility of the customer.
5. RISKS
Within the scope of services provided electronically, customers may encounter the following risks:
5.1. Technical and Operational Risks
· System Interruptions: Temporary system interruptions may occur due to maintenance activities, technical failures, or high transaction volumes. This may temporarily prevent transaction execution.
· Internet Connectivity Issues: Problems arising from the customer’s internet service provider may cause transactions to fail or be delayed.
· Device and Software Compatibility Issues: Failure to use up-to-date devices or software may prevent access to platform services.
· Order Transmission and Execution Risks: During periods of high volatility, orders may be transmitted with delays or executed at different prices.
· Data Transmission Errors: Technical errors may occur during electronic data transmission, resulting in delays in transaction information.
5.2. Security Risks
· Unauthorized Access Attempts: Third parties may attempt to gain unauthorized access to customer accounts. Therefore, the use of strong passwords and multi-factor authentication is of critical importance.
· Phishing Attacks: There is a risk that customer information may be attempted to be stolen through fake emails, SMS messages, or websites that appear to be sent on behalf of Safebit.
· Malware: Malicious software such as viruses, trojans, or keyloggers infecting the customer’s device may lead to the compromise of account information.
· Social Engineering Attacks: There may be manipulation attempts aimed at deceiving customers into sharing their information.
· Man-in-the-Middle Attacks: There is a risk of data traffic interception when transactions are conducted over insecure networks (such as public Wi-Fi).
5.3. Market and Price Risks
· Price Volatility: The value of crypto assets may change rapidly and unpredictably. Significant price differences may occur between order placement and execution.
· Liquidity Risk: Due to insufficient liquidity during certain periods or for certain crypto assets, transactions may not be executed or may be executed at prices different from expected.
· Slippage: During periods of high transaction volume, differences may occur between the order price and the execution price.
6. INFORMATION SECURITY PRINCIPLES AND MEASURES
Safebit has adopted the following information security principles to mitigate the impact of risks related to electronic services:
6.1. Measures Implemented by Safebit
· Multi-Factor Authentication: A multi-factor authentication (2FA) mechanism is provided for all accounts to enhance security.
· Encrypted Communication: All data transmission is encrypted using secure SSL/TLS protocols.
· Firewall and Monitoring Systems: Systems are protected 24/7 with firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
· Regular Security Audits: Annual penetration tests and independent security audits are conducted in accordance with CMB regulations.
· Data Encryption: Sensitive customer data is stored using up-to-date encryption algorithms.
· Access Control: Access to customer data is restricted through role-based access control.
· Backup and Disaster Recovery: Regular backups and business continuity plans are implemented.
· Audit Trails: All transactions and system activities are recorded and monitored.
· Security Updates: Systems and software are regularly updated, and security patches are applied.
6.2. Security Measures to Be Complied with by Customers
Customers must comply with the following rules to ensure account security:
· Use of Strong Passwords: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Passwords must be unpredictable, and the same password must not be used across different platforms.
· Activation of Multi-Factor Authentication: 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) must be activated to enhance account security.
· Protection of Confidential Information: Usernames, passwords, SMS verification codes, and 2FA codes must not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
· Use of Official Communication Channels: Transactions must be conducted only through Safebit’s official website, mobile application, and approved email addresses.
· Awareness of Fake Emails and SMS Messages: Emails or SMS messages that appear to be sent on behalf of Safebit but contain suspicious content must not be trusted, and the links they contain must not be clicked.
· Use of Up-to-Date and Secure Devices: Transactions must be conducted from devices with up-to-date operating systems and antivirus software.
· Avoidance of Insecure Networks: Transactions must not be conducted over insecure networks such as public Wi-Fi networks.
· Regular Account Monitoring: Account activities must be regularly monitored, and suspicious situations must be immediately reported to Safebit.
· Logout: Customers must securely log out after completing transactions.
· Regular Password Changes: Account passwords must be changed at regular intervals.
7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Temporary service interruptions or disruptions may occur on the platform in the following extraordinary circumstances:
· Planned maintenance and update activities (customers will be informed in advance)
· Extraordinary market conditions and excessive transaction volumes
· Legislative changes and requests from regulatory authorities
· Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, and other security incidents
· Natural disasters, power outages, and similar force majeure events
· Technical issues arising from third-party service providers
· General access issues arising from internet infrastructure
In such cases, Safebit will endeavor to inform customers as soon as possible and to take the necessary measures to restore services.
8. COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT MECHANISM
Customers may submit issues arising from electronic services to Safebit through the following channels:

All complaints will be reviewed, and customers will be responded to within a reasonable period. The complaint process and resolution steps will be communicated to customers in a transparent manner.
9. CUSTOMER DECLARATION AND UNDERTAKING
The Customer declares and accepts that they have read and understood this document and acknowledge the following:
· That I fully understand the terms, risks, and exceptional circumstances relating to electronic services,
· That I have been informed of information security measures and undertake to implement them,
· That I am responsible for my account security and obliged to protect my confidential information,
· That I am aware that system interruptions and technical issues may occur,
· That I am aware of the complaint management mechanisms,
· That I will communicate only through Safebit’s official channels,
· That Safebit shall not be held responsible for damages arising from my own security breaches.
